This course will show you how to teach safe and inspiring classes using a variety of methods including yoga, Pilates, relaxation and visualization. We will explore the physical, emotional and hormonal changes, talk about common issues and how to support women in the best possible way during this special time of their lives.

The effects of pregnancy and childbirth on the body, mind, and spirit, Postures to aid common discomforts What should be avoided Appropriate pranayama practices How to create a prenatal class Benefits of pre & postnatal classes specific modifications Physiology of pregnancy and childbirth
Observation and assisting of classes are required.
