Both physically and mentally, a strong foundation is essential to support everyday actions like walking, standing and balancing. As we spend most of our days sitting, we need to put an extra thought towards strengthening and stretching the feet and leg joints and muscles. In this workshop we will introduce, among others, Pilates exercis- es done standing, which creates different feeling and recruitment of the muscles. We will emphasize alignment of the feet, knees and legs, helping you to achieve the best possible standing foundation position.
