During this workshop, we will explore different exercises variations on the Wunda Chair, from fundamental to super advanced level. The Pilates chair, or Wunda chair, as Joseph Pilates called it, is a powerful piece of exercise equipment. Although small in size, the chair is a very challenging piece of equipment that builds core stability, stamina, balance, and upper and lower-body strength to improve performance in athletes. The chair is also an amazing rehabilitation tool after injury and increases overall physical conditioning.
We will explore the variety of exercises using the ladder barrel as well, to challenge core stability and strength and increase spinal mobility and range of motion. From the complete beginner to the advanced student, the Ladder Barrel has something for everyone!
