Wunda Chair Workshop :: Tallinn :: Estonia

During this workshop, we will explore different exercises variations on the Wunda chair, from fundamental to super advanced level. The Pilates chair, —or “Wunda chair,” as Joseph Pilates called it— is a powerful piece of exercise equipment. Although small in size, the chair is a very challenging piece of equipment which builds core stability, stamina, balance, and upper and lower-body strength to improve performance in athletes. The chair is also an amazing rehabilitation tool after injury and increases overall physical conditioning
