  • The instruction is extremely clear, concise and straight to the point. Teacher is well focused and keeps the class moving at a steady pace. I had a lot of fun doing training with and will absolutely train more with Body & Flow when I get the chance. I would recommend her to anyone looking to train in Pilates!
