During this workshop we will explore different exercises variations on the Wunda chair, from fundamental to super advanced level.

The Pilates chair—or “Wunda chair,” as Joseph Pilates called it—is a powerful piece of exercise equipment. Although small, the chair is a very challenging piece of equipment that builds core stability, stamina, balance and upper and lower-body strength to improve performance in athletes. The chair is also an amazing rehabilitation tool after injury and increases overall physical conditioning.
