During this workshop, we will learn a variety of exercises using the ladder barrel.  From the complete beginner to the advanced student, the Ladder Barrel has something for everyone! It challenges core stability and strength and increases spinal mobility and range of motion so any student can benefit greatly from working on the barrel.
