During this Body & Flow’s course we will introduce the Pilates Reformer and Cadillac including safety, set up, exercises, touch techniques and modifications and how to address all this to different levels and abilities of students. We will do a comprehensive postural assessment and know how to use it with our students as diagnosing tool, training your eye to see subtle alignment issues and weaknesses. We will also go deeper into anatomy and learn common pathologies such as lower back pain, disc pathologies, Osteoporosis and other common issues we will see in class. Through lecture, practice, discussion and play, upon completing this course and its requirement, you will be set for success and ready to teach fun and safe private and group Reformer and Cadillac classes.
