Pilates for Physical Therapist – a Special Workshop!

For the first time in Thailand, The Pilatestudio together with Body & Flow academy are offering a special workshop of Pilates for physical therapists . This workshop will be taught by K. Birth, a long time Pilates instructor and a PT with many years of experience. During this three days’ workshop we will explore the mat Pilates exercises, from fundamentals to intermediate, deepen the understanding of the Pilates’ movement patterns, understand how to activate the core muscles correctly and learn how this method can help clients in their rehabilitation process.

This workshop is open for physical therapists who wish to dive deeper into this wonderful method. PT attending this workshop can later continue to the full mat and apparatus programs in order to become fully certified teachers.
